PEDRA DA MACELA
Pedra da Macela is the highest point in the municipality. Access is via the Estrada Parque, Paraty-Cunha, which is part of the Estrada Real (Royal Road). To enjoy this sunrise, it's necessary to leave early, with a 1-hour drive and at least another hour walking uphill, depending on the time of year. Departure is at 2 AM. We serve breakfast at sunrise.

ROUTE AND DURATION:

✔ 1 hour drive from Paraty to the start point.
✔ It is a 2 km hike, each way,average 2 hours walk round trip.
