RAFTING
Practiced on Rio Mambucaba, crossing the Serra da Bocaina National Park is a special attraction for adventurers who want to explore the region of the Green Coastline. Near the coast, the river has good rapids class II and III, ideal for beginners, with crystal clear waters, lush pristine forest, surrounded by historic ruins, beautiful peaks, rock walls and waterfalls.
WHEN:
✔ The rafting can be practiced all the year round. Remembering: rainy weather is great for Rafting. (the rainy season is from December to March)
WHO CAN AND MUST:
✔ To practice rafting no experience is required, you must have team spirit and like emotion.
✔ Recommended for family with teenagers, couples and friends.
✔ The minimum recommended height is 1.30m or 12 years old, in rainy days it change to 14 years old
✔ For the under 18, they need to bring an authorization signed by the legal guardian. Please request form.
ROUTE AND DURATION:
✔ Ride with 5 km rapids and calm parts.
✔ Activity takes 5 to 6 hours with 2 hours of river rafting. The rest of the time is spent in transport, prepar gear, instructions, change clothes and snack.
TIME:
✔ Every day departing at 9hrs from Paraty with reservation in advance.

✔ Our boat fits up to 5 people + instructor.
SAFETY:
✔ All descents are accompanied and monitored by a team of experienced security (safety), and an expert driver in each boat.
✔ All our personal safety equipment and clothing against the cold are new and undergo proper cleaning after each use.

WHAT TO USE:
✔ Trunks or shorts or legging for women, shirt with leeves and closed shoes (may be old, will get wet!).
