GOLD WAY
Golden of the Way is a stretch of the old Royal Road, where was transpoted the gold and precious stones from Minas Gerais. The trail is 3 km long that has been revitalized by a partnership project of City Hall, Sebra-RJ and Tour Guide´s Association.
It is located near the Paraty-Cunha road, the Penha neighborhood, where is visited the Tobogã Waterfall, Tarzan's pool and also visitng the Cachaça Destilery for tasting.
DIFFICULTY: Easy to Moderate
ROUTE AND DURATION:
✔ The tour duration is 4 to 5 hours.
✔ 25 minutes drive, from town to the trail head (15km).
✔ 3km walk, about an 1 hour, the remaining time is spent at the waterfall swiming and visit the destilery.
TIME:
✔ Every day at 8:30 am, with advance booking.
